We encourage selecting your trip dates as early as possible since most reservations are booked months in advance. A deposit of US$1000 per person is required within 10 days of your reservation request and the balance is due in advance of 60 days prior to arrival at the lodge.

Should a cancellation become necessary, The Zancudo Lodge must be notified (via phoning 011-506-776-0008 or (1-800-854-8791), at least 60 days prior to your trip date. A full refund less US$350.00 service fee will be credited. If you cancel 60 days prior to your trip date, your US$1000 deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for any no shows or cancellations within 60 days of your trip date.

   7. All meals at lodge
   8. Open bar

Not included:

   1. International air fare
   2. Meals in San José
   3. Gratuities to captains and lodge staff
   4. Airport departure tax leaving Costa Rica

    We welcome non-fishing guest

   1. Our daily inclusive rate is US$ 185.00 per guest which includes
       all meals, drinks and lodging
   2. There is an additional US$ 350.00 per guest for ground
       transfers in San José, one night hotel accommodation and
       round trip airfare from San José to Golfito.

The Zancudo Lodge, and its employees and agents, assume no liability for the service of any transport conveyance, which may be used in providing service to the guest. Neither will The Zancudo Lodge be responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accidents or other events, including acts of god or weather conditions, or by any action or negligence of attendants of third parties or any act, error or omission, injury loss or accident, delay or irregularity which may occur for any reason, including neglect of default of any individual or company engaged in providing service to guest. If advisable or necessary for any reason, The Zancudo Lodge, its employees or agent may alter the itinerary or arrangements of a guest at additional expense, if any shall be born by the guest, and a refund will be made to the guest if savings result.
